Thank you for visiting and shopping at Everything Caribbean. The following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are also shipped or delivered on weekends
or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Order
Your packages may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, is responsible for
paying these fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs before placing an order
on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for
you.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking
information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know! We gladly accept returns by mail and
in store within 30 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in
original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
